¿Por qué llevase un paper a la cama?
Abstract
El trabajo editorial hoy en dÃa debe asumir el desafÃo de editar y publicar, esperando ser leÃdos por la mayor cantidad de personas sean estos importantes investigadores o simplemente curiosos. El objetivo es compartir ideas en estado sólido (artÃculos) para generar nuevas opiniones que se materialicen en diversos campos y ambientes.
Quizá de este modo, con paciencia y no prudencia, se logren cambios en la manera de evaluar la contribución de un artÃculo. Más allá de las citas que este obtenga, lo interesante es considerar también su aporte en cuanto a aplicación de conocimientos a polÃticas públicas y al bienestar de los ciudadanos (Benito, 2012). Otro parámetro a considerar serÃa su uso en docencia para la formación de nuevos profesionales (Polanco-Carrasco, 2012).
Quizá en el futuro sea incluso posible y necesario evaluar el nivel de impacto personal que un determinado artÃculo tenga en la vida de sus lectores.
