EVALUACIÓN NEUROPSICOLÓGICA EN POBLACIÓN ADULTA; INSTRUMENTOS DE EVALUACIÓN. NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT TO ADULT POPULATION; ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS.
Abstract
Resumen.
En este artÃculo nos centraremos en la evaluación neuropsicológica como proceso consistente en la utilización de diversas técnicas clÃnicas, psicométricas o neurológicas para conocer las peculiaridades del procesamiento en población normal y en personas que presentan algún trastorno, lesión o disfunción en el sistema nervioso. Analizaremos inicialmente qué se entiende por evaluación neuropsicológica, los ámbitos que toda evaluación neuropsicológica debe abarcar y que nos va a permitir obtener un perfil neuropsicológico comprehensivo. En coherencia con los ámbitos de exploración, analizamos los instrumentos que deben ser utilizados. Estos instrumentos pueden ser divididos en dos clases: instrumentos que, no habiéndose creado con una finalidad neuropsicológica, son utilizados en este campo con la intención de conocer el sustrato neurológico subyacente, y baterÃas de evaluación neuropsicológica propiamente dichas, tomando como referencia de ellas, la baterÃa Luria-DNA.

Abstract:
In this paper we study the assessment neuropsychological in compressive context. We study the instruments which have been very often applied, one of them are not instruments neuropsychology, also these are applied in this context, the aim is known which is the neurology subtract which is underneath; others have been traditionally neuropsychological instruments, we are going to deep in one of them, the battery Luria-DNA. We are going to deep in neuropsychological batterys.
