La PsicofarmacologÃa en la formación y práctica del Psicólogo. The psychopharmacology into psychologist’s formation and practice.
Abstract
Resumen:
El objetivo central de la presente investigación ha sido estudiar la valoración que los psicólogos, en su práctica profesional, hacen de la psicofarmacologÃa y la psicofarmacoterapia. Para este propósito se utilizó una muestra constituida por treinta psicólogos, de ambos sexos. Todos los psicólogos encuestados ejercen su práctica profesional en las ciudades de General Pico y Santa Rosa, provincia de La Pampa. Los participantes cumplimentaron el cuestionario creado para satisfacer los fines del presente estudio. Las respuestas dadas al cuestionario fueron comparadas en torno a dos ejes
fundamentales, a saber: a) orientación teórica y técnica subyacente a la práctica profesional, e b) institución de egreso. Los resultados indicaron que existen valores estadÃsticamente significativos de relación entre las siguientes variables: 1) orientación teórica y técnica subyacente a la práctica profesional / opinión respecto a la psicofarmacoterapia; 2) orientación teórica y técnica subyacente a la práctica profesional / sexo del entrevistado, y; 3) orientación teórica y técnica subyacente a la práctica profesional / opinión sobre la actualización profesional en materia de psicofarmacologÃa.

Abstract
The prevailing objective of this investigation has been study the psychologist’s value, in their professional practice, about the relation between the psychopharmacology and the psychopharmacotherapy. To purpose, a thirty psychologist sample, from both sexes has been used. Everybody inquiries, do their professional practice in the cities of General Pico and Santa Rosa, province of La Pampa. The participants congratulate the questionnaire to satisfy this study’s ending. The get on answers was compared about the central idea: a) theoretical and technical orientation underlying the professional practice; and b) training institution. The results suggest that there are statistically values of relationship between these variables: 1) theoretical and technical orientation underlying the professional practice / opinion about the psychopharmacotherapy; 2) theoretical and technical orientation underlying the professional practice / interviewer’s sex; and 3) theoretical and technical orientation underlying the professional practice / opinion upon
professional upgrade on psychopharmacology.
